A buyer or investor completes one intake. Taeliore combines that profile with property and public-context data, calculates the relevant scenarios, and presents a sourced report with a Pursue, Watch, or Pass verdict.

What Taeliore does not do

Taeliore does not replace an agent, lender, inspector, attorney, appraiser, tax adviser, or investment professional. Reports are informational estimates designed to make the next conversation and the next verification step clearer.
