Accessibility Statement
Taeliore is committed to making our service usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
1. Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML with proper headings, landmarks, and labelled form fields.
- A "Skip to main content" link on every page for keyboard users.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on all interactive elements.
- Color contrast that meets or exceeds the WCAG AA 4.5:1 text ratio.
- Respect for the operating-system "reduce motion" setting.
- Text that resizes without loss of content or function.
- Error messages announced to screen readers as they appear.
2. Known Limitations
Some interactive map and chart features rely on third-party libraries that may not be fully accessible. Where a visual feature is essential, we provide an equivalent in text. If you hit a barrier, please tell us and we will help you get the information another way.
3. Feedback
If you encounter any accessibility barrier, email support@taeliore.com with the page address and a short description. We treat accessibility issues as priority bugs and aim to respond within 5 business days.
