Terms of Service
By creating an account or using Taeliore (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Taeliore aggregates publicly-available property listing data and provides analysis tools to help you evaluate properties. It is an informational tool only and does not constitute licensed real estate, financial, legal, or investment advice. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making any property purchase.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@taeliore.com.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Create accounts using false information.
- Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without written permission.
5. Data Accuracy
Listing data is sourced from third-party providers and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We make no warranty that listings are available, accurately described, or correctly priced. Use the data as a starting point for research, not as the sole basis for any offer or financial decision.
6. Intellectual Property
The Taeliore application, branding, and generated reports are owned by Taeliore Real Estate / Taeliore. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account by contacting us.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAELIORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email.
